I had been on my husband for over a year to get our mailbox fixed and then I finally had to step in. Googled "mailbox repair near me", Mailboxes by Bob popped up first on the list. Clicked on the contact and got a response same day from Jay and he came out the next day and had our old broken and swaying mailbox out and a beautiful new one in super quick. Very happy and definitely recommend.

A bit disappointed by this service. In setting the appointment up, I sent a large photo of our damaged mailbox, and since there were no follow-up questions asked, I assumed this was sufficient to clear see the multiple issues with our mailbox.
However, after the tech left, I noticed that there was still a broken spot on my mailbox. I asked to have this fixed but would told I would owe more money for another service call and more parts.
I would recommend being very clear with customers as to what you plan to fix and what your quote covers. This was not a cheap service call to start with and then to have it half done felt like such a waste.

Jay was awesome in helping me pick out the best mailbox based on my preferences. Communication was easy, payment straightforward, and installation was a breeze. I didn’t even have to be there for it, which was even better and allowed me to stay at work.
